Te Rheum is our ode to rhubarb, the crimson queen of the garden. This wild ale is a tart experience full of a fruity acidity in harmony with the wild character of the base beer. The intensity of the rhubarb is balanced by just a hint of sweetness to leave you wanting another glass. @untappd.
